Working Principle of PVC Mixer Cooler:
The system comprises two units — a Heater Mixer and a Cooler Mixer.
- Heater Mixer: PVC resin and additives are combined by means of controlled heating with frictional heat and the additives are well dispersed.
- Cooler Mixer: The hot mixture is pumped into the cooling mixer which is cooled to the specified temperature to avoid degradation of the material and make it ready to proceed with the rest of the process.
