It covers the pipe sizes 20-110 and 63-200 mm. extruder utilization for larger dia of pipes is 80% to 100%. It offers optimum productivity due to uniform melt distribution throughout whole pipe circumference. Our vacuum calibration tanks are built with SS 303 and MS. It is provided with a water ring type vacuum pump.
It is also provided with spray nozzle pipes with adjustable settings. It is easy to clean. Water filters of system contain pressure gauge on them to check out the filter’s blockage.
